it's a new year!!! 2009! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! :D
it's ironic. happy or not, everyone looks forward to a new year but i'd rather not. cause it's gonna be the year i'll have to mug my ass and brain juices out, but then again, it's the year i'm gonna turn 18! which means.. i'm kinda legal for more stuffs! YAY. i'm gonna buy my first M18 movie tix SOON!

i looked back at certain entires in the year 2008, i claim the more "sophisticated" ones to be the ones when i've got so much thoughts yet i can't put them in plain words. well, i find them more interesting. these days blogging about my daily life just like this seems a little too "all-out" if you get what i'm trying to say. but then, there's the certain mood to blog in that kinda manner. seems lost for now.

moving on, hq got me to go do eyelash extension with her 2 days before the new year!
i was hesitating so i asked clar and she said why not! the thing i'm afraid of is when i get back to school and the teachers might come pulling my lashes off or that my lashes may attract unwanted gossips. anw, if you guys see me in sch with these, i really didn't put make up to sch k! and i'm planning to keep it till after cny which is in abt a mth's time.


see, i'm off to bed but it feels as if i still have my make up on!

the lashes felt really uncomfy for the first 2 days but it got better after some getting use to. sometimes, it still feels weird getting out from bed and the first thing you look into the mirror, "did i forgot to wash off my make-up last night!"

i met baby in the afternoon for a movie date but we got to the cinema a little too late to take our tix, they were all sold out): without a nice movie, the day was still as nice with my love at sakae!(: since it's the last day of the year, we ordered a few stuffs we don't usually order, and this was one ewwwww one, totally disgusted.


it's like some mashed up raw fish. eeeekk!













it was record breaking. our first time sticking our butts to the seats, non-stop ordering plus taking from the belt from about 1530 to 1745. it happens when 2 broke kids(oh but someone's turning 21 this year, i shall call him uncle! while i'm still a youthful teenager =P) decided to make it all worthwhile! sastisfied(: only baby wanted sashimi so badly, his eyes were stick on the red plates the whole time.

night for the countdown was spent at boat quay, my usual since i was in pri 3!
yes, it's THAT long. other than last year, i've always been to that place for every 31st and will always do so. it has become a pattern/a spot that i'll go to religiously from now on and i promised mum that we'll make an effort to do so in the years to come! that said, i'm gonna forgo all the craziest parties that'll be upcoming for the years and if i'm dying to go to any of them, it'll only be after midnight.

it was lovely(: but nothing compared to the fireworks festival when we stood practically just under those exploding lights, feeling the heat! i can't wait for fireworks festival to come again!! :D



so, my resolutions:
-it has always been the same, to diet.
-hardworking and study real hard for the year.
-an uphill relationship with my family
-and to spend another wonderful year with this baby of mine, going through this upcoming tough year with all the love we share! cause i know nothing's too tough for us yea ;)
